Passwords are encrypted on your phone before they're saved. We store only the locked version, so we can't read them, and neither can anyone who gets into our servers.

Questions

Can Myndory read my passwords?

No. Your vault is encrypted on your phone with a key only your passphrase can unlock. If you forget the passphrase, we can't recover the vault for you.

What does the AI see?

When you use Ask Myndory, your question and a summary of your saved memories, reminders and people are sent to our AI provider to write the answer. When you scan a document, the photo is sent to read its details. Your password vault is never sent. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Security, then Delete account. Without the app: use the account deletion page.
