Delete your Myndory account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Fastest

In the app

Open Myndory and go to Profile.
Tap Security, then Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Ask us by email

Email chamodm115@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Myndory account".

We'll confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

Your account: email, name, password and profile photo
Memories, reminders and people, and the links between them
Attachments, including the files themselves
Your password vault and its encryption keys
Signed-in sessions and AI usage records

Nothing is kept on our live servers after deletion. The app's offline copy on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play aren't cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel them in your store account settings. Read more in our privacy policy.
