I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset code.
I forgot my vault passphrase
We can't recover it. Your vault is encrypted with a key only your passphrase can make, and we never receive it. That's what keeps it private.
I didn't get the verification email
Check your spam folder, then use "Resend email" in the app. It can take a few minutes to arrive.
My reminders don't notify me
Make sure notifications are allowed for Myndory in your phone's settings, and check the reminder's notification time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, then Security, then Delete account. Or see theaccount deletion page.
