About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Chamod Madhusanka, an individual developer based in Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”) for using the Myndory apps, website and service (“Myndory”). By creating an account or using Myndory, you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to use Myndory.
- Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at chamodm115@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Your content
What you save in Myndory is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run Myndory for you, including sending it to our AI provider when you use AI features, as the Privacy policy describes.
Your password vault
Your vault is encrypted with a key made from your vault passphrase, which we never receive. If you forget your passphrase, we can’t recover your vault. Keep a copy of it somewhere safe.
AI features
Ask Myndory and document scan use AI to answer questions and fill in details. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information yourself, and don’t rely on Myndory for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Myndory to:
- break the law or store content you don’t have the right to store;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- run automated access, except through the official apps.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. A suspended account can’t sign in.
Paid features
Myndory is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we’ll show the price and what’s included before you buy. Purchases, renewals and cancellations will be handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Myndory running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything critical. We may change or stop features. If we close Myndory entirely, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice.
Ending your use
You can stop using Myndory and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently erases your data, as the Privacy policy describes.
Disclaimers and liability
Myndory is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing data you didn’t keep elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Myndory after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
